All things career to find your full
full: not lacking or omitting anything; complete; being at the highest or greatest degree
So, what does “finding your full” mean?
It means waking up excited for the day. It means feeling supported by a sense of community. It means trying that thing you always wanted to try. It means feeling that “spark” as you implement a new idea. It means deep connection with another person. It means not dreading the work week. It means finally reaching out to that person you admire and having a conversation. It means feeling in control, confident, aligned, and ‘full’-filled with your life — career, relationships, and hobbies.
It means feeling fully connected to yourselves and others.
We are living in a time of collective disconnect and people crave real connection now more than ever. The pandemic created mass isolation and loneliness. Politically we are divided more and more every day. Dating apps have gamified matches, creating a slot machine mentality of human interaction. Social media has created unrealistic standards while simultaneously feigning interconnectedness.
But wonder if we could take all our experiences, needs, and wants — both the good and the bad — to craft a full life. Through reflection, discussion, and exercises, The Full roots you in connection and confidence to help you move from fear and uncertainty to creation.
How do we do this together?
Career = CCC
Connection | Confidence | Creation
Phase 1: Connection
Like a tree, we need to be firmly rooted to grow, expand, and prosper. In this stage, we will go into your past and current experiences to further deepen a sense of connection with yourself. We will explore:
professional and personal values
purpose statement
inner critic + self-limiting beliefs
future self exercise + inner guide
goal definition
Phase 2: Confidence
Once we have the foundation, it’s time to lean into and embrace your strengths and goals. We will work on:
strengths list
go-to statements
skills to job application mapping
guided confidence meditation
from envy to “I want” list
I wanted, I did it, I achieved exercise
Phase 3: Creation
Once you feel connected to and confident in what you want, it’s time to take action! We will work on:
material development (resume, cover letter, outreach messages)
job search roadmap
interview preparation
connection plan + outreach list
business plan development
Hi, I’m Isabella
I started The Full because I believe that a career doesn’t have to be a straight shot. We can explore different paths, make shifts, and dive into our own ideas. I realized I was waking up exhausted, dreading the work week, and feeling very disconnected. Once I got to the core of what I uniquely wanted, life started to bloom — inside and outside of work.
Over the past ten years, I have worked with entrepreneurs, social impact professionals, corporate leadership, and community advocates to help them to grow their passions and connect to opportunity. After creating accelerators, building a local initiative program for a national large company, executive recruiting for some of the top organizations in the country, and then serving as Chief of Staff for a social enterprise, I see now more than ever that people want to create their own unique paths and feel connected to themselves through their own definition of work.
I am a certified coach through Brown University’s ACT Leadership program (100+ hours), certified in workplace mental health through Mind Share Partners, am a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, and have a degree from UNC Chapel Hill.
